I did not learn anything unique about the case

I went to law school, because I thought I was going to work on major criminal cases.

I saw myself on an episode of Law and order.

I thought I would spend my time in the courtroom! Unluckyly, law school is not like that at all. I spent a lot of time in the classroom and after that I had to clerk for a judge, but when I started off as an intern at a law office, I had to help out with civil cases. I wanted to be in criminal law although I was stuck on civil cases! One of the first cases that I tested was for a plaintiff that owned an HVAC business. The owner of the heating and AC repair corporation was suing a purchaser for defaulting on a check. The purchaser wrote a check for the cost of an HVAC repair. The $560 check did not clear and the purchaser never paid the fees. The owner of the HVAC corporation wanted to get the money from the customer. I did not undoubtedly learn a lot of unique things about the case when I was laboring on the job. One another case came up for the same plaintiff, I was assigned to the case because I had comprehension of the business already. I had to learn suddenly to learn everything that I did not bother to soak up the first time. I will never forget how difficult it was when I was just starting out; Even now after 10 years, it’s still a lot of difficult work to be an attorney.
