Medical marijuana is legal in the state where I live, but our boss does not guess that I use marijuana.
A lot of our coworkers use marijuana as well, however I am the only woman that absolutely has a card from the state.
That still does not mean that it is legal. I labor in a competitive industry with heating plus A/C service professionals. I am not allowed to be under the influence of marijuana while I am at work. I had to take a drug test before I started the job. I stopped smoking for a couple of afternoons in order to get a job with the heating plus A/C service supplier. When some items came up missing in a customer’s home, the customer contacted the heating plus A/C service supplier. She instantly claimed that 1 of the service professionals stole the items from her home. That set off a bomb inside of the heating plus A/C service supplier plus everyone suffered. My boss instantly ordered everyone to take a urine test. I really do not guess how marijuana plus stolen stuff have anything to do with each other. I knew that I was going to be in trouble as soon as I heard about the test. I grabbed 1 of our co-workers plus I asked him if she could pee in the cup for me. She said that she would help myself and others out, but the two of us ended up going in to the room individually. I did not pass the test plus I lost our job the next day. I have no system what happened to the customer, however I guess that the thief wasn’t me.
