I was actually surprised when I learned that our local HVAC company also does work on wells.

We have a well too and it wasn’t too long after we moved into our new home when we learned that there was a major issue with our well. I remembered the fact that the HVAC company took care of issues like that and I had them take a look at my well. The issue was the fact that the previous owners installed a powerful bladder tank that was too powerful for the old pump that was down in the well. On top of that, the old well pump was not even a good brand and it was cheap. It was no wonder that it was causing the water pressure switch to short out. So they were able to replace the well pump and the water pressure switch for a reasonable price. On top of taking care of the well, they decided to have a quick look at my HVAC system to make sure everything was up to speed. Considering everything that this HVAC and well professional did for me, I was not disappointed at all with how much money I had to pay. The services were great and the professional was respectful of our property. He was a good guy and I honestly could see myself being friends with somebody like that. Perhaps next time he comes out to check the HVAC, I might buy him some drinks or something.
