When I was hired over 6 months ago, they told myself and others that I’d be toiling in the Heating and Air Conditioning area plus I was shocked. I had no experience with heat plus air device plus I knew next to nothing about it. I was the person who hired an Heating and Air Conditioning worker twice per year to repair their Heating and Air Conditioning system because I couldn’t repair it myself. If our Heating and Air Conditioning system started acting out of sorts, then I’d call an Heating and Air Conditioning worker to maintenance it for me. It was because of this that I advised to be in a different department, but the store wouldn’t budge, then my manager assured myself and others that I’d get the regular training plus I did. I spent an entire month studying a binder filled with information about Heating and Air Conditioning systems. The binder covered everything including basic furnace plus air conditioning parts, how to hire 1 of our Heating and Air Conditioning professionals, air filters, plus temperature controls. I was instructed to learn as much information as possible because I’d be dealing with customers with a lot of weird heat plus air concerns. When I wasn’t toiling with a customer, I found myself studying the back of packages plus studying the differences between the Heating and Air Conditioning device on the shelves, however now that I’ve been toiling in the Heating and Air Conditioning department for 6 months, I think like I’ve l received so much information that I could be an Heating and Air Conditioning worker myself. I’ve even considered getting our certification.
