Three or four years later, I had another Heating and Air Conditioning company who came out and told me the same thing
I have been under some long held info I delivered to myself. That entails, I tend to come up with what I guess is happening no matter what I hear from those who guess better. This isn’t a good characteristic to have and I don’t advise it. The situation with the Heating and Air Conditioning heating & cooling in our home is a good example of my idiotic thoughts. Both of us have been in this home just over seven years. And from the time the two of us moved in until recently, I fervently believed there was an Heating and Air Conditioning issue in our home. Both of us noticed rather quickly that there was a part of the home that was either way too freezing in the Winter time or way too sizzling in the summer. I abruptly deduced that it was due to the Heating and Air Conditioning. I figured that the Heating and Air Conditioning was not important enough or there was a real concern with the ventilation. So, I called the Heating and Air Conditioning people to come out and confirm my findings. That is not what happened. The Heating and Air Conditioning tech told me the heating & cooling unit was perfectly sized for our home and was in amazing shape. That left me puzzled. I asked him to come test the air temps coming from all the vents. He did and they were all consistent in temperature. I was still thinking this was an Heating and Air Conditioning problem. Three or four years later, I had another Heating and Air Conditioning company who came out and told me the same thing. However this time, the tech pointed out that the original Heating and Air Conditioning ventilation design had been changed due to the interior walls put up by the previous owner. Finally, I had an answer and it wasn’t the Heating and Air Conditioning after all of that.
