Heating problems on certain floors in the hospital

I was working in the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C device control room at the hospital on Wednesday.

That’s when the red lights on for 27 plus 28 started to flash! The red lights signal when the heat is not working, and I thought it was odd that the heat wasn’t working just on floor 27 plus 28, so I called the floor doctor in each of these areas. I had both of the doctors check various rooms plus both ends of the hallway. The heat seemed to be working great plus the moderate air was flowing out of the HVAC vents. Since the heat was working properly, I immediately knew there must be a problem with the computer program or the sensors. This particular hospital has a building management program for all of the heating, AC, plus Lighting. Somebody is always in the temperature control room to monitor the technology equipment. I waited to see if the setback would correct itself, but the red light carried on with flashing for hours. Since the heat was still working, I made the choice to wait until the day to inform my boss. There was no reason to wake him up at 5 in the morning hours when the heat was still working! When my boss got to work after 7, she immediately got started on the complication! My shift was over plus I went back to my household. I have no clue in the least why the software was glitching, although I came back to work the upcoming evening plus everything was working just fine. It’s been four days plus I haven’t had any other malfunctions, so the setbacks must be fixed altogether.
