I really want to have zone control in my house because I can’t stand how some parts of the house I can feel AC and other parts I can’t. When I first moved into the house it didn’t bother me that some parts had AC and some didn’t, but now I am going crazy. When I am upstairs in my house I can’t feel the air conditioner at all but I can feel the furnace. When I am downstairs I can feel the AC and it’s freezing so I normally have to turn the thermostat down right when I get downstairs. I have a fireplace downstairs so I don’t really care about the thermostat at all. I have talked to my HVAC technician because I really need to get a new HVAC technician. I know that my technician will try to get me to get a new HVAC system and luckily for him he won’t have to try that hard because I am already sold. A friend of mine has zoned heating and cooling and every time I am at her house I notice how whichever room we are in it feels great. In my house there are only certain rooms we can go in if we need AC, which in the summer is usually all the time. Lately because of how bad my AC is I haven’t even been inviting people over. I know it might seem extreme, but I just really can’t handle not having a good HVAC system. Soon enough I will have a new HVAC system and I couldn’t be much happier than I am right now about my heating and cooling future!
