Green tea and black tea both have numerous benefits

Hello everybody plus thank you for your engagement on the topic of organic tea.

I have to admit when I first got started with this little discussion board, I didn’t really think that so many people would be this engaged about a topic as benign as organic tea.

I have written multiple weeks’ worth of articles about the lesser-known organic teas plus a few about the well-known organic teas. I appreciate all of your organic tea feedback plus engagement over the past few weeks. One topic that I saw coming up a great deal in the comments- especially about the well-known organic teas- was about green tea vs black tea plus which tea was better for what. Let me get started by saying that both teas are excellent for a lot of the same purposes. The key difference- because they’re both made from the same leaf- is that green tea is not oxidized, plus black tea is oxidized. Because of this, black tea has a much stronger flavor. Both can easily prevent heart disease, increase brain function/interest, plus both can assist you with losing some extra pounds. Here is the main takeaway, though, green tea has more antioxidants, however black tea has the caffeine that can assist you with replacing Coffee (again, the goal of several folks starting out is to decrease caffeine/coffee consumption). If lowering caffeine intake is the main goal for you, then start with black tea plus work your way to green tea. If you’re using organic tea to lose weight, black tea would probably be best. Black tea is better for blood vessels plus weight loss in general. There are so several benefits to both of these being shared. Depending on your goals, both are amazing options.
