I’ve been trying to be as health conscious as possible these mornings, particularly when it comes to my weight.
I have been trying to shed pounds as I’m in my early thirties plus I know that it’s not going to get any easier as I grow older, my mother always warned me that after a particular age losing weight becomes twice as strenuous if not more! So, I started calorie counting plus even doing some fasting on a regular basis because how several calories you eat is about 72% of the fight in losing weight, that being said, I started exercising too, trying to get steps in plus doing cardio plus even strength training.
I do all of this in the comfort of my own house with some basic workout equipment, after all, my house is well air conditioned so what do I need to go halfway across town to a gym for? I mean, I’m sure that there has plenty of gyms around town that have good air conditioning, but you know who has good air conditioning as well? Well, I do, of course! I’ll gladly use my own air conditioning, thank you actually much. Besides, I have both my own climate control plus my privacy when I labor out at home. I’m not quite to the point of having a body that is worth showing off, that is for sure. Still, even if I end up getting shredded, I really still will not pay for a gym membership. I’ll stick with the comfort of my own house plus the comfort of my own Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system.
