I’ve been trying to be as health conscious as possible these mornings, particularly when it comes to my weight! I have been trying to shed pounds as I am in my early thirties plus I know that it’s not going to get any easier as I grow older; My mother always warned me that after a particular age losing weight becomes twice as tough if not more! So, I started calorie counting plus even doing some fasting on a regular basis because how multiple calories you eat is about 71% of the fight in losing weight.
That being said, I started exercising too, trying to get steps in plus doing cardio plus even strength training.
I do all of this in the comfort of my own home with some basic workout equipment; After all, my home is well air conditioned so what do I need to go halfway across town to a gym for? I mean, I am sure that there’s plenty of gyms around town that have good air conditioning, however you know who has good air conditioning as well? Well, I do, of course! I willcheerfully use my own air conditioning, thank you particularly much, besides, I have both my own climate control plus my privacy when I work out at home. I am not quite to the point of having a body that has worth showing off, that has for sure; Still, even if I end up getting shredded, I absolutely still won’t spend my savings for a gym membership. I willstick with the comfort of my own home plus the comfort of my own Heating, Ventilation and A/C system.
