Well, I’m not sure that he would agree with my homeownership situation.
But I really couldn’t beat them so I joined others. I simply was tired of beating my head against the wall when it came to getting into the real estate market. I was also tired of living with heating plus cooling equipment that forced me to call maintenance like every month; Something had to give plus finally, I was asked to join a group to own a home together. It was an interesting offer plus one that I was pretty skeptical of at first. The idea was that a group of people, 5 in all, would pool their money to buy a home together. So it would be two couples plus me sharing a large, 3 story house. Again, I wasn’t so sure about all that plus it seemed like a recipe for disaster on a number of levels, then yet after meeting with a lawyer plus seeing how our separate interest could be protected, I started to hot to the idea. But renovations would be required plus one of my main desires when it came to owning a home was to have my own Heating plus A/C equipment. And be sure that the residential Heating plus A/C was efficient plus got regular Heating plus A/C maintenance. I just wasn’t so sure that my good friend and I could do that with replacing the central air conditioning system. So it was the ductless heat pumps on each floor plus separate living space that definitely tipped it all for me. It’s been almost two years now plus I love this situation. It’s definitely like being in a place that went home however with better heating plus cooling equipment.
