My child really loves his new treehouse, however he was fairly impatient during the 2 weeks it took myself and others to complete the project.
The problem is that I am always short on time outside of my normal working hours. I wish that I could spend more time with my family & do more projects & substitutes around the house, however it’s going to be love this for another year until I can secure a better task at a competing business. My wife understands & encourages me, however I’m not sure if my adolescents are as forgiving. They can’t help however see only what is right in front of their eyes, they don’t have the years of living that teaches 1 how to be patient & wait for things to come before becoming convinced of a particular state of affairs. At least my child seemed fairly thankful once the project was finally completed. Not only did he appreciate the treehouse itself, however he was also blissful when I provided him an seasoned window air conditioner to use during the hottest Summer week for our area—November. It’s an pricey amenity to use outdoors, so that’s why I tried to insulate his treehouse. That way it isn’t chilly there during the Winter time season either. I’m considering putting in radiant flooring before the first Winter time freeze because the floor in the tree condo is still rough & unfinished. I know radiant flooring would be an amazing surprise for my child later this year. No doubt his treehouse is going to be the talk of the entire village.
