Quin and I have been cleaning our apartment from top to bottom. The two of us bought a new apartment a month ago. It has been so much work. When we moved in, we did not realize how bad the HVAc was. It was obvious our HVAC was a real piece of crap. The last owner told us they had installed a new Heating, Ventilation, plus air conditioner plan into the house. What I couldn’t understand how it could be new but have rust, dirt and hair in it already? Also, I was sure that the device was a central one. But there appeared to not be any HVAC ducts in the house. In every home I have lived in, the heating plus a/c had been linked to HVAC duct. There had to be Heating and Air Conditioning ducts running all through this beach house. But I could not find it. I couldn’t even find any air vents in the beach house that the ducts opened to. I was so baffled on to do. I wasn’t sure if the device was a strange one or if the previous owner pulled one over on me. I told Quin that all I wanted to do was to turn on the a/c plus relax for a bit. After turning on the AC and feeling the cold air, Quin and I realized that there was an indoor air handler mounted high on the wall. There were indoor air handlers mounted in every room. Each room has its own temperature control too. Quin and I just did not notice those things. Having a ductless mini device is going to rock.
