I have been wanting to finally move out of our condo for several years now, but the timing just never felt right; however, I have recently gotten a current task that pays fantastically, plus our hubby plus I am expecting our first child… So now feels akin to a better time than ever to start looking for a home. My hubby plus I have discussed what kind of condo both of us are looking for, plus both of us both agreed that it needs to have good universities in the area, be in a nice neighborhood, plus preferably, have a community pool too! Then well a single of the homes both of us found matched the criteria, plus I called the real estate agent about the home; the real estate broker was knowledgeable about the condo plus unfortunately told me the disappointing news, obviously the condo needed lots of condo repair, as it had extensive weather disfigurement. While there are several bizarre condo repair services in our area, I knew that getting a current furnace installation alone would cost a lot of cash, plus I didn’t want to spend that much extra on a home. The agent told me that the condo was absolutely due for annual property inspections plus that the owners were likely going to perform some repairs on the condo themselves, since they have been unable to sell their condo for months. There are regularly several homes for sale, plus I just figured that I would also find another home.
