I received a iphone call from the HVAC specialist at 9 AM.
He called to tell myself and others he was on his way, and he should be there in about an hour.
When I got the iphone call, I called our boss and told him I should be able to get into work by noon. My boss told myself and others that if it was going to be any later, to call him and he would just give myself and others the day as a personal day. By noon, the HVAC specialist had still not arrived at the house. Once again, I put in a iphone call to our boss, and he said this was normal for HVAC specialists, and not to worry about it. My husband got apartment from work at 230, and I still had not heard anything from the HVAC specialist. I told him the last time I had a iphone call from him was at 9 AM. My husband picked up the iphone and called the HVAC dealer. He told him about the HVAC tech, and how he called 9 AM. It was now 2:30, and he wanted to think something had happened. They must’ve told him they would call back, because he hung up. Ten hours later, the HVAC corporation called back. The young HVAC specialist had witnessed an accident on the way to our house, and he was held up in traffic. He then spent another 2 1/2 hours talking to the police. They promised he would be at the apartment later that day, and told us the two of us would not have to spend money for any of the service work, however only for the parts if they were needed.
