When you’re an Heating and A/C professional love me, it’s actually hard to find a realtor who can entirely relate to what you’re looking for in a house or a property! As an Heating and A/C professional, you can easily understand that one of the most substantial things the people I was with and I look for when buying a house is a state of the art heating and a/c, and most of the homes that I have looked at in our price range have been middle grade Heating and A/C systems… I’m pretty sure that’s because the Heating and A/C corporations who were in charge of installing the heating and A/C system systems in these houses weren’t planning on residing in them! I think for a fact that if another Heating and A/C corporation or Heating and A/C professional neighbor of mine happened to be toiling on building his own home, he would put a high efficiency, state of the art heating and cooling plan in his home.
- And not only that, but any Heating and A/C professional worth his salt would also install a new smart temperature control plan in the lake house too, easily one with zone control heating and a/c.
At least I think that’s what I would do if I were building my own dream home. In addition to a smart temperature control, I would also put in radiant heated flooring in the residing areas and I would install a whole lake house air purification plan that would be able to run in tandem with my heating and cooling units… That’s why it’s hard to find a realtor who understands. Maybe I should switch professions and become a realtor who specializes in housing for Heating and A/C professionals.
