I have easily come to learn over the years that during the frosty season, if I am around a location where there is too much heating going on, I end up getting a severe migraine… It’s pretty strange how it happens, and it has just started happening in the past few years.
I know it’s actually becoming worse as I get older.
I don’t recognize if that’s my hormones or what. Anyway, I noticed this past frosty season that it’s been especially bad whenever I am anywhere that has the furnace machine turned way up. I end up getting a nauseating headache and I feel super sick and have to leave. I am not sure If it’s because my body temperature gets too tepid or possibly I get dehydrated or something like that. I really cannot take it for much longer. It’s the same way when I am taking a ride in the car. If I am running with someone who is trying to have the furnace on full blast, after that I have to crack my window and stick my head out to cool down. Otherwise, I just end up feeling sick to my stomach and I have a queasy headache. I just don’t understand what is happening with me, but my health expert does not seem to get what’s going on either. He basically said that it is easily something to do with my hormones and becoming older in general, although he didn’t have anything that I could do for it other than just telling me to stay away from places that are severely hot! That’s not nice advice, since I knew that anyway. I had to pay this health expert to tell me to stay away from places that are too ridiculous with their gas heating machine usage. I already knew that!
