They just don’t want to do any extra tasks once they buy a property. I realize I cannot blame them for that, however people just have to understand that they are never going to discover their dream home that includes a dream a/c system as well as a dream furnace as well as a dream whole-home air purifier, along with radiant heated flooring as well as a gas log fireplace! It’s hard to find places like that!
