I really can’t be inside for too long whenever people have their heating systems set too high.
I have found over the years that I end up getting a really bad headache if I am too hot for too long and it seems to be especially true during the winter.
That’s when the heating systems are set to run until the insides of buildings feel like the insides of a furnace! I don’t understand why people tend to think that. I guess a lot of people are really cold natured, and they think that when the weather outside is cold, that means that they need to turn up the thermostat inside. I have news for people though. You really don’t have to turn your thermostat up to 79 or 80 degrees. All you really need to do is make sure that your home is warmer than it is outside. Most of the time, people will be comfortable enough and that way you won’t have super high heating bills either. I like to eat the thermostat in my house at 65 degrees, and I do that year round. Some people think that this temperature is way too cold for the winter time, but I don’t have any problems with it. And the best thing about it is that I don’t get any headaches! I just can’t stand being somewhere that the furnace is running all the time. I actually have to get up and leave the room or I will get sick as a dog. I guess that comes with getting older!
