I seem to eat the same fruits during the winter; apples and bananas.

I love to eat peanut butter then watermelon right after. If you like the two try mixing them like this. Just eat a spoonful of peanut butter and then a nice chunk of sweet red watermelon. It tastes amazing believe it or not. I like to eat peanut butter without added sugar so the watermelon gives it a nice sweet taste naturally. I also like to eat peanut butter with strawberries, which tastes like a PBJ. My HVAC tech is all into the peanut butter and watermelon things, along with his three kids. I eat a banana and peanut butter each night when I wake up in the middle of the night starving. My metabolism is quite fast so I need to be eating every few hours it seems. I also need to keep my air conditioning on until late fall or early winter because I end up sweating too much if not. I also have a fan beside my bed to keep me cool. Normally, instead of running the heater on sub zero nights I have my bedroom window open and a fan blowing next to me. It seems a bit ridiculous to need to do this but, if not, I end up waking up a lot in a pool of sweat. I like to keep my thermostat set at about 68F during the night, this temperature seems to suit me best for sleep.
