The caterer shut off the heat

When my child got engaged to be married, my partner and I started to get really excited about the ceremony. The two of us saved for several years for his ceremony and both of us didn’t want to spare any expense. The two of us contracted a ceremony planner to help with the ceremony and reception. That was one of the best ideas both of us had, because it saved us a ton of time, energy, and headaches. The ceremony planner took care of all the minor details. She was in charge of corresponding with the caterer, band, photographer, and place staff. On the day of the ceremony, the caterer arrived with all of the food and the cake. It was sizzling in the kitchen that day, however the cake was supposed to stand on the counter. The caterer decided to shut off the heat, so the icing on the cake wouldn’t melt and ruin the presentation, then unluckyly, instead of turning off just the heat to the kitchen, the caterer turned off the heat to the entire site, however by the time both of us were preparing for the reception, The ceremony planner was just finding out about the cold indoor rapidly changing temperatures. The heat had been off for several hours and the reception area felt easily cold and frigid. Instead of delaying our festivities, The ceremony planner found some space heating systems at a nearby hardware store and sent someone to buy them all. It was sizzling by the time the bride and groom arrived, however the sound from the space heating systems made it easily tough to hear all of the ceremony announcements and I almost missed my toast.
