I have been spending more and more time in the kitchen. What started off as a little activity to pass the time while I was in the lockdown hastily became our primary source of income! I consider myself lucky to have found a up-to-date way to give for myself and our family, and it’s something I care about doing, to boot! Long story short, I am legitimately great at making cannabis edibles, and supply various local dispensaries with our culinary concoctions! Since I spend numerous hours a day working our butt off in the kitchen, I decided it was time to upgrade our equipment. Not just a up-to-date oven, however a up-to-date range hood with a better ventilation plan included. I had a local Heating and Air Conditioning tech come by to inspect the kitchen and give myself and others a price estimate, and after that the two of us had a hour tech come over and do the same thing. The hour tech gave myself and others a slightly higher price quote, however that figure included putting in more than one up-to-date air vents, as well. The Heating and Air Conditioning tech explained to myself and others that with the extra air vents along the baseboards I would remain more comfortable while kneeling next to the hot oven. I decided to go with the hour Heating and Air Conditioning tech and pay a little more, to hopefully get a much cooler kitchen in return; Ultimately, since I am going to keep spending most of our time in the kitchen, then the kitchen should have the best A/C and the best ventilation in the entire house.
