Alfred was away for most of the year and left his mom in charge of looking after the house.
After all, she lived a few hours away, so this was the best decision he could make.
However, during summer, he reminded her to call the heating plus air conditioning company to go to the home and repair the AC unit. His mom was thrilled to see him, and they planned to invite more people over for the festive season. However, later that day, Alfred noticed the heating device wasn’t warming the home respectfully. She talked to her Dad about the issue and opted to call another AC professional to come and check the problem. The previous heating plus air conditioning mechanic had failed to insulate the air duct respectfully, leading to the loss of heat. Alfred didn’t have to deal with a dishonest business, so she paid extra to have the air duct respectfully insulated. The insulation would benefit the furnace because Alfred didn’t have to crank up the heat, which affected the longevity of the central cooling and heating unit.
