The smart and programmable control unit will help us monitor the energy USAge in our home more effectively. It will also allow the two of us to lower our utility bills by only using the heat or air conditioner when there is someone inside the house. I easily hope that is the last maintenance the people I was with and I will need to make for the rest of the year.
