It was a scheduling error and mix up and there was nothing all of us could do to fix the problem.
My husband and I called to make an appointment with the heating and AC repair shop. It was time for our annual repair tune up. Ever since all of us have busy a tune-up once a year, the heat pump and a/c seem to labor much better. I called to make the appointment and I chose Tuesday at 9 a.m., because I knew my husband would be beach house on that day. There has to be an adult present when the service is performed, so my husband or myself have to be beach house when the heating and AC repair professional arrives. I chose Tuesday, because it is the only day when our children do not have day activities love ballet, piano, or soccer practice. My husband waited and waited for the professional to arrive. The appointment was busy for 3 in the day. The guy never showed up and my husband finally called the repair company to find out why. The man on the phone told my husband that they had us busy for the next day at the same time. It was a scheduling error and mix up and there was nothing all of us could do to fix the problem. Every one of us had to wait until the following week and make the appointment for Tuesday again. Since there was an error, the repair service gave us 10% off of the routine prices. At least they made up for the aggravation and the mistake. I don’t assume if it was our mistake or theirs, however at least they were unquestionably nice when I called.
