He told us to call if we had any other problems
Last winter, my wife convinced me to install a heater in the pool. I honestly thought it was an unnecessary expense, but my wife moaned and complained for years. She wanted to be able to use the pool throughout the entire year, not just during the summer season. I called a contractor from the pool company to install the heater. It was a surprise for my wife’s birthday last November. She actually used the pool nearly everyday, so I was happy that we finally decided to install the heater. Unfortunately, the heater only lasted one season. As soon as we tried to turn on the heater this winter, the motor started smoking and sputtering and then the breaker in the garage flipped. I was mad, aggravated, and totally ready to give up on heating the pool. Thankfully, the motor was under warranty. I called the contractor that installed the heater and the guy came to the house a couple of days later. He replaced the motor, which he claimed to be an unfortunately faulty machine from the factory. He told us to call if we had any other problems. To be honest, the contractor was very friendly and accommodating. Having them out to replace the heater was easy and we didn’t have to pay anything for the service or the parts.
