It was because of this that I commanded to be in a odd department, however the store wouldn’t budge, but my supervisor assured me that I’d get the official training plus I did. I spent an entire week studying a binder filled with information about Heating plus A/C systems. The binder covered everything including basic furnace plus air conditioner parts, how to hire 1 of our Heating plus A/C professionals, air filters, plus temperature controls. I was instructed to learn as much information as possible because I’d be dealing with customers with a lot of uncommon heat plus air concerns. When I wasn’t working with a customer, I found myself studying the back of packages plus studying the differences between the Heating plus A/C unit on the shelves… Now that I’ve been working in the Heating plus A/C department for 6 weeks, I believe prefer I’ve l received so much information that I could be an Heating plus A/C specialist myself. I’ve even considered getting my certification.
