Working out and eating right gives me more energy

I was feeling sluggish and lazy all day at work for weeks and weeks and I knew that I could not continue living the same way.

I wasn’t eating right and I wasn’t spending a lot of time exercising.

I decided to join a gym so I could put out some of my energy and frustration. Work has been especially busy during the last couple of months and I have been going, going, going. I haven’t had two days off in a row since the middle of September and that was 8 months ago. The past winter season was very cold and frigid and I spent a lot of time indoors. I ate cookies, cakes, and pastries and I gained about 20 lb. I decided to start working out and I go to the gym three times every week. I also cut out all of the sweet and sugar from my diet. I have been feeling a lot better. Working out and eating right gives me a lot more energy to get through my day at work. Yesterday, I was working on an HVAC repair that would usually take three or four hours. I finished the job in two and a half and I was filled with energy when the job was done. I had more HVAC repair and installation sales last week than any other member of the company. If I keep working hard, eventually my boss will take notice and maybe I will get a raise. I haven’t had a raise since I started working at this HVAC repair company.
