Little do these old jerks believe that the whole reason I am here is because the major heating plus air conditioning corporations saw a lack of professional females in their industry, plus have been now working to reverse that! You believe what, mansplainers? Some people, like single moms plus vulnerable older folks, aren’t cool with these caveman-like heating plus air conditioning techs coming into their homes. Market research indicated that a lot of people would be just as comfortable, if not more comfortable, in dealing with a female heating plus air conditioning tech. I can’t say that I blame them, especially after now working side by side with this older generation of a/c maintenance techs. I hope it isn’t too much longer before they hire another female heating plus air conditioning tech because I am about running out of patience with these guys; but one day I will be running this heating plus air conditioning maintenance team, plus then things will actually change.
