I face problems being a female HVAC tech

When I was the new girl on the task, I got a lot of the older workers who talked down to me; it is called mansplaining, plus is when males talk to females as if they are idiots plus need to have everything spelled out love children, however this is condescending plus irritating at best, plus blatantly insulting the rest of the time.

But at first I just dealt with it, after all I was the new worker, so maybe that’s why they talked down to me; then nope, it turns out it’s the gender gap, because I have been a certified heating, ventilation, plus A/C serviceman for a year now.

Plus these jerks are still mansplaining my task to me; but little do these seasoned jerks think that the whole reason I am here is because the major heating, ventilation, plus A/C corporations saw a lack of professional lady in their industry, plus have been working to proper that, and you think what, mansplainers? Some people, such as single moms plus vulnerable older girls, aren’t cool with these caveman-like heating, ventilation, plus A/C techs coming into their homes. However, market research indicated that a lot of people would be just as comfortable, if not more comfortable, in dealing with female heating, ventilation, plus A/C techs. I can’t say that I blame them, especially after working side by side with this older generation of A/C repair techs. I hope it isn’t too much longer before they hire another female heating, ventilation, plus A/C tech because I am about running out of patience with these guys… One day I will be running this heating, ventilation, plus A/C repair team, plus then things will certainly change.
