A couple weeks ago, I had my HVAC supplier come in plus disinfect my furnace.
They told me I would need to have a current furnace before the next Winter time season began.
The person waited patiently after telling me this. I suppose he was waiting for me to tell him to order a current furnace for me, however I disappointed him. I was wondering if I could get the furnace cheaper if I were to buy it in the summer. I know that even the HVAC supplier has mid-season sales on the aged inventory. I thought it would be a sufficient assumption that they would also have their aged inventory of gas furnaces on sale. I made the decision, right then, that I wasn’t going to purchase a current furnace at that time. His smile disappeared when I told him I wouldn’t be putting this commission in his pocket. He finished his furnace servicing plus walked out of the house. When Summer arrived, I was anxiously perusing the newspaper, hoping to find the perfect sale. Finally, I found the sale I had been waiting for. It was a pre-season sale that displayed last year’s models of gas furnaces to be 40% off. They were also offering free installation. I knew I had waited for a reason, plus this was the sale I was waiting for. I called the HVAC supplier plus made an appointment to check out the sale furnaces. It didn’t take long for them to come to the current home plus show me their inventory. I appreciated that I was able to purchase without any pressure, plus I got a great deal on the furnace.
