For my business I need to own a chiller plan in order to keep the facility cool.
If I have no cooling or imtypical amounts of it, I am out of luck, and for years I relied on the same basic model.
I study online that typical yearly maintenance on the chiller is important. I never wanted to spend the money to have a professional do chiller maintenance. I also didn’t want to do the maintenance myself plus possibly ruin my machine. I just elected to not provide the plan typical service… A chiller can last anywhere from 15-25 years, depending on the model. I was hoping to get twenty years out of mine. I ended up needing to replace my plan after ten, and rather than buying another chiller, I chose to rent an air cooled chiller, then the cost of renting a chiller was minimal plus a section of the rental fee is yearly maintenance. I kind of figured maintenance on a plan was pointless. I figured it was the chiller companies trying to sell myself and others something, however well now that I do chiller renting plus I get maintenance yearly, I have realized how pressing it is… My chiller never threatens to shut down plus is way more efficient than I am used to. I also think this plan is going to last years plus years because it is properly operated plus worked on. I am tempted to buy this unique model but I assume I won’t provide it the same level of service. I might just stick with renting until I retire.
