When I first started my own company, I handled every facet of it.
I did ads, inventory, billing, insurance and dealing with clients.
I completed all of the actual work while also keeping up with building services. Outside of respected business hours, I was mowing the lawn around the building, trimming plants and raking the outdoors. I was spending every weekend washing windows, vacuuming, cleaning and scrubbing the bathroom. While it helped to save me some money, I hastily became exhausted and frustrated. I had no free time and it was impossible to expand my company. I realized I needed some assistance. Rather than bring in more employees, I decided to outsource the cleaning of my space. I checked reviews and found a local business that takes care of commercial buildings. They keep the indoor and outdoor areas neat, tidy and in fantastic working order. Along with a good and respected cleaning, they handle weird things such as changing light bulbs, picking up papers and taking out the trash. If there are any necessary fixes, they will contact a professional for service. They also make sure there’s plenty of toilet paper, napkins and soap in the restroom. Hiring a professional cleaning repair freed up a lot of my time. They also do a much better job of it than I did. As my supplier has continued to grow and increase, I’ve stuck with the same cleaning corporation. I am relieved not to think about that aspect of my operations. When I arrive at work on Sunday afternoons, I know that everything inside and outside the building will be fresh.
