My powder room has consistently been insanely small! I wanted to save my cash, gut it plus make it the ideal space. In the gutting process I was thinking that I was going to have tons of space to add a storage area in the powder room. After my shower, sink plus toilet were installed, it became clear to me that I didn’t have a lot of leftover space. Space saving ideas online were cute, but I needed more. I wanted to be able to keep some towels, scrub cloths, hand soaps plus other toiletries. Under the sink provided little room entirely. I needed some style of cubby system. I had a look around online however found the options were either the wrong measurements, made out of low quality material or way too expensive. I then came upon a custom furniture builder. I provided the guy the measurements of my powder room plus took pictures to show him the whole layout. I pretty much begged the man to find a way for myself and others to keep towels in my space! The guy is a bonafide genius. He developed a cubby system that hangs on the back of my shower door. It looks totally adorable plus the towels are entirely protected from water. I can get to everything in my powder room plus now I have more than enough storage space. I feel as though the custom furniture builder took maybe a few months to make my storage unit. It looks like it is crafted out of the finest quality material plus most people comment on it in my powder room. That custom storage component is the focal point now.
