I was basically working in the Heating plus Air Conditioning control room at the hospital recently when the red lights on floor 27 plus 28 started to flash. Those lights signify when the heat is not working correctly… I thought it was pretty nuts that the heat wasn’t working just on those floors, so I called the floor doctor in each of these areas. I had both of the doctors check every room plus both ends of the hallway. The heat seemed to be just fine as the sizzling air was flowing out of the air vents. Since the heat seemed to be working properly, I right away knew there must be some kind of difficulty with the computer program or the sensors. This particular hospital has a building management plan for all of the heating, AC, plus Lighting. Someone is always in the control room to monitor the equipment. I waited to see if the setback would correct itself, but the lights just kept on flashing. Since the heating system didn’t seem to have any real trouble, I decided to wait until the morning to tell my boss. There certainly was no reason to wake him up at 5 in the early morning hours when the heat was still performing just fine. When my boss got to the workplace after 7, he right away got started on the setback. Then my shift was over plus I went back to my residence. I honestly don’t know why the software was glitching like that, but I came back to my job the next night plus everything seemed to be fine. It’s been numerous days plus I have not had any other issues in the least, so the problems must be fixed completely.
