Maintenance program includes two annual services and priority appointments

My husband and I decided to have a tune-up performed on the air conditioner before the summer season.

Some friends of ours had the service performed and they thought the air conditioner worked a lot better after the HVAC contractor was done.

If you call and make an appointment, a heating or air-conditioning contractor will be on your front doorstep within 60 Minutes. They include all of these perks in the annual maintenance contract. My husband and I planned to buy a whole service contract, but it wasn’t much more money than the cost of the heating and cooling tune up. We were happy to know that in an emergency, we would have someone there in an hour. The maintenance program has already been very helpful. It seems very clear that the air conditioner is working much better than it did before the service tune up. I feel more cool air coming out of duct work and the air conditioner comes on less frequently. Those are really good signs that the A/C is working well.
