No stress with my HVAC

I truly hate writing the utility bill check while in the summer.

It’s constantly been this way.

Our area is really, particularly sizzling & humid while in the summer. Because of this, the utility bill just gets off the rails. It has been something that I have allowed to continue when just a bit of effort could have saved me thoUSAnds over the past few months. This year, I decided that just hating the utility bill was not enough. I was hoping to attack it. That’s why I did just a meager amount of research online to find ways of mitigating the Heating, Ventilation and A/C costs. There are many ideas out there on trimming the fat when it comes to cooling your condo in the summer. Most were usual sense but some were somewhat insightful. The very first thing I had to do was to learn how to program my Heating, Ventilation and A/C temperature control. This was far less strenuous than I was thinking it would be. By programming the temperature control, I am able to let the temps in the condo rise as they do outside. I try to keep a 15 degree difference between inside as well as outside temps while in the warmth of the day. I also bought some solar curtains. They do a remarkable job of stopping the ambient air from being heated by the direct sunlight. With that being said, I went a bit further by sealing the condo up tight. I hadn’t thought of that but, there were multiple gaps as well as cracks in the exterior as well as interior of my lake condo that were allowing cool air out as well as hot air in. When I tied all those things together, I saved over 20 percent on our Heating, Ventilation and A/C costs.
