Okay, I sweat when I’m hot, who doesn’t? But, this idea that I am this gnarly sweat monster is a bit much.
It’s not like I don’t use a towel.
I’m not disgusting. Oh but I get run out of every room in my home when I attempt to do a bit of exercising. My wife and children will literally chase me out of the room because they don’t want me sweating all over everything. Well, I’m here to tell you, it isn’t that bad for crying out loud. I’m exercising in the air conditioning while it’s a hundred degrees outside. That is a for sure heart attack in the offing it I exercise outdoors. So, I called the HVAC guy for some help. He came out and we walked the house to see what we could do about having a room where I could lower the temp so I could work out without sweating buckets. He did me one better. Not only was he able to offer several options but he blew my mind with one. He told me I could use a mini split ductless HVAC unit to cool one single room or section of the house. That sounded great but the price was a bit higher than I really wanted to spend on this idea. So, the next idea was the jackpot. He was going to make our home a zoned controlled area. And he could do it with the existing HVAC system! I was working out and loving the cool air by the end of that week. My wife and girl can’t even say a thing.
