I just purchased a full building for my new business.
I had all of my employees already hired and they were ready to start work as soon as I was ready to open.
Everything was perfect and in order except the heating and air conditioning for the building. I had to get some kind of commercial heating and air conditioning unit, but I was stuck on trying to decide what type would actually be best. I had to select the best HVAC brand and then I had to decide if I wanted to go with a standard commercial heating and air conditioning system or a rooftop HVAC system. Rooftop HVAC systems are something that have been around for a very long time but I had never really thought about the difference in them and the standard commercial heating and cooling systems. Both of them had their perks as to why one was better than the other in some way, shape or form. However, neither outweighed each other. They both had the same amounts of pros and cons to them. So what it really boiled down to was which commercial heating and air conditioning system was going to cost the least to buy. And then of course, which one would cost the least in installation cost from a local heating and air conditioning company. This was a whole other side of information I needed to look into. I am hoping to have it all figured out within the month. I know the employees are eager to start working, and I would like to accommodate them. I just need heating and air conditioning first!
