My youngest son came home from work the other day & he wanted to recognize why the home was so warm. He said he could not recognize any A/C coming from the air vents. I had no idea why there wasn’t any cool air coming from the air vents. I told him to check it out due to the fact that I also just arrived home. He looked at the air vent & then he checked the temperature control. He tried to adjust the temperature control, however nothing happened. I heard him mutter, ‘Oh, Lord!”, & he came in search of myself and others again. He told me that there was either something wrong with the a/c or the temperature control. Since both of us had a Smart Thermostat, neither of us knew anything about how to check it. The two of us had to call the HVAC supplier. When both of us finally got someone on the PC, he told them our A/C dilemma. This person had said it sounded like temperature control. My son already knew it was genuinely the temperature control & he once again told her that it was a Smart Thermostat & both of us didn’t understand how to test it. I don’t recognize what she asked, but he said he wasn’t sure why the air wasn’t cool. That was the reason he called the HVAC supplier. I heard him tell her he would call back when there was someone competent in the office, & he hung up. An hour or two later, he called the HVAC supplier again. He got the same person on the PC & he prayed to get what she was listening to. Finally the person apologized despite the fact that she told him he was calling the wrong number. The two of us had 2 of the numbers to the HVAC supplier, transposed in his phone.
