A clear problem with the A/C

My youngest child came back home from work the other afternoon and she wanted to guess why the condo was so warm.

She said she could not feel any A/C coming from the air vents.

I had no idea why there wasn’t any cool air coming from the air vents. I told him to check it out due to the fact that I also just arrived home. She looked at the air vent and then she worked on the control unit. She tried to adjust the control unit, however nothing happened. I heard him mutter, ‘Oh, Man!”, and she came in search of me yet again. She told myself and others that there was either something wrong with the air conditioner or the control unit. Due to the fact that the two of us had a Smart Thermostat, neither of us knew anything about how to check it. All of us had to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier. When the two of us finally got someone on the phone, she informed them of our A/C problem. They said it sounded like the control unit. My child already knew it was certainly the control unit and she once again told her that it was a Smart Thermostat and we simply didn’t know how to test it. I don’t guess what she asked, although she said she wasn’t sure why the air wasn’t cool. That was the reason she called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier. I heard him tell her she would call back when there was someone competent in the office, and she hung up the phone. An hour or two later, she called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier again. She got the same woman on the phone and she hoped she was listening. Finally the woman apologized but she told him she was calling the wrong number. All of us had three of the numbers to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier, transposed in her telephone.
