What is a normal temperature?

Many people wonder, what exactly is a normal temperature setting on your thermostat? That is undoubtedly a tricky question! Everyone has their own temperature preferences and it can vary from person to person. Some people prefer their homes to be cooler and some prefer to be warmer. It just all depends on the body of the person in question. So in reality, there is no real answer as to what a normal temperature is… People have been setting the thermostat of their central heating and a/c at various rapidly changing temperatures since the beginning of heating and cooling time, depending on the time of the year, certain people may experience higher electric bills than others. And this is all based on the temperature control preference they have when it comes to setting the thermostat of their central heating and a/c. Me personally, I prefer it to be a little cooler. So in the Winter time time months of the year I am not setting the furnace too high which saves me on my electric bills that time of the year… However, when summer time months finally arrive I find myself cranking the central a/c. This is because my body is really sensitive to heat. So my electric bills undoubtedly go way up in the summer time months of the year. I have tried things like portable a/cs to try to save currency, and they are not powerful enough for what my body needs. So I would rather crank the central a/c and spend money extra than be irritated more or less.
