I have to say that our neighbor was a real jerk that day about the whole thing
I have a pretty nice sprinkler system that I installed in the front end yard of our house. It has done a good job for me over the years of keeping our grass healthy. However, it wasn’t so good recently the sprinkler system went faulty on me and suddenly was spraying all over the location! It actually caused me to go through some complications when it went so out of control it blasted our poor neighbor’s central heating and air conditioner unit. Because of the way it apparently blasted the AC and the power of the water blowing out, it ended up shorting out our poor neighbor’s central heating and cooling system! I knew then I was in deep trouble. My neighbor was so miserable he cursed me out in the front yard and told me many times that if I didn’t pay for the maintenance of his central heating and high quality air conditioner unit that he would take me to court and report me personally to the lake house owners association. I thought that threat was a little uncalled for, since I would have responsibly paid for his heating and air conditioner maintenance without the threats. But I paid for it as well as I got our sprinkler system repaired professionally after this. I have to say that our neighbor was a real jerk that day about the whole thing. I never liked the guy, however, I did what needed to be done. If there ever is a malfunction with our sprinkler system out front again, I pray that it will not do any destruction to our neighbor’s central heating and air conditioner unit!
