It doesn’t come with a manual

I just purchased (or, let’s say, invested in) a zoned central heating and air conditioner unit for my home.

  • My correct central heat and air conditioner unit was honestly not doing the work in heating and cooling our lake house at any sort of even temperature.

We constantly found ourselves having to go ahead and crank the thermostat in different directions multiple times all throughout the long day and night and it got really irritating, not to mention luxurious to operate! So the answer was to get Heating, Ventilation, and A/C zone control installed for our home, however getting the zoned heating and air conditioner unit that I wanted was a long drawn out process for the replacement let me tell you. It blew my mind. But what was really a hassle was that the entire zoned heating and air conditioner unit did not come with the user handbook on how to operate the thing! The designated heat and air conditioner specialist who installed the zoned heating and air conditioner unit at our home told us that both of us had to order the handbook online at some company website and have it shipped to us via snail mail. Granted, both of us did not have to pay for it obviously, however I was put off because the point of having to order a handbook for the zoned heating and air conditioner unit in order to use it was ridiculous! The handbook should have been available right then, on the spot and given to us by the certified heating and air conditioner specialist. So both of us ordered it online and it took almost a full month to get to us. It was a pain in the rear.
