Last month when the temperature outdoors started to heat up, I decided that the time had come to pull the old window device a/c from the storage space in the garage in addition to put it in our kitchen. I can’t sleep at night when the temperature in our room gets too hot and humid. In addition to that, since heat rises, our kitchen is typically the hottest venue in the beach house while in the dog days of summer. I do have central a/c, however I recognize prefer it’s a large waste to spend so much cash on cooling the entire beach house while in the summer time afternoons when I’m the only 1 at the beach house in addition to I only stay in the upstairs kitchen. So that’s why when I’m not going to be inviting people over, I just turn off the central a/c all together in addition to depend solely on our window device a/c. Well, when I got to the garage, I thought I heard a loud noise in the corner however I couldn’t see anything. So I went ahead in addition to scurried up the ladder to get up to the unit. It’s awkward, but it’s not too awfully heavy, so I started climbing down the ladder with it, taking 1 step at a time in addition to being careful. But right before I stepped on the last step before the ground, something jumped out of the corner in addition to scared me so much that I dropped the stupid window device HVAC right on our foot! It was a raccoon who had blatantly been in the garage all night long! Now, our right foot is in a cast in addition to I have to use the in the dining room because I can’t travel up in addition to down the stairs.
