I have two little cats who have become the prefers of our life.
I treat them prefer they are our own children, I have to say.
They enjoy my company more than the grown kids do, I’m pretty sure! I think that a lot of people believe pet moms such as me are a little bit silly when it comes to obsessing over our animal “children,” however I can’t genuinely say that I care what anyone thinks about me at all. For example, when our younger sibling came over Last yearand there was an Heating & A/C truck sitting in our driveway, she asked me what the Heating & A/C service techs were absolutely working on fixing in our house. When I explained to her that there was nothing wrong with our a/c or gas furnace inside the house, she was puzzled. She wanted to think why there was an Heating & A/C van in our driveway if there was nothing going on with our Heating & A/C system. So I explained to them that they were looking at our cats’ beach house out in the backyard, because I was putting a new ductless mini split out there for them. In the winter, it would provide heating for the kitties, in addition to in the summer, it would provide a/c. She said that she couldn’t suppose that I was putting in a new Heating & A/C system for our cats. I told her that I’m not crazy, I wasn’t running an actual air duct for them; Ductless mini splits don’t need air ducts! Now our sibling thinks that I’ve completely lost my marbles, however I can’t help it if I worry about our precious little pet babies sometimes.
