I wouldn't want to lose our HVAC company.

There are a lot of good things about living in the city and a lot of good things about living in the country.

I have lived in both areas, and when asked I just smile.

My favorite things about the cities are that everything is convenient, and you can get delivery for nearly everything you want. Restaurants, grocery stores, and even some hardware stores, all deliver if you pay by credit card. I didn’t like living in an apartment building. It is too much like living in a home with five siblings. No one really talks to each other, but you hear a lot of screaming. If the furnace or air conditioning breaks down, everyone is complaining. You need to leave the repairs to your landlord. You have to trust the landlord to call the HVAC company and if he does, you don’t know who the HVAC technician is going to be. During one year, we had three different HVAC companies working on the HVAC system, at our apartment building. When I moved back into the rural area, things were slower. The entire town knew each other. When I had a problem with the HVAC I was able to call the local HVAC company. I normally had the same HVAC technician year after year. When that HVAC tech didn’t show up, the one who did was able to tell you why things have changed. I love this about living in this area. The only thing I dislike is that I can’t get anything delivered, including a pizza. If I had to choose, I would live in the country forever, because I love the local HVAC companies.
