I entirely must say, our brother is one of the best Heating & A/C specialists around, however he is so skilled that there are people from all over the place always requesting that he come over to work on their heating and cooling systems, and i even have a tough time getting our brother to come over to our place to help me out with the Heating & A/C because his services are in such high demand.
I always told him that he could very beginning up his own business because he is so nice with the people, and everybody wants him instead of the other Heating & A/C workers, and recently, there was some corporate recruiter from another Heating & A/C company who was trying to get him to work for the other Heating & A/C corporation, they gave a very generous salary, however my brother very talked to me about it because he told the recruiter that he needed to suppose about it, and we went over all the pros and cons for going to work with this other Heating & A/C corporation, however one of the cons was that he would have to work with them for 5 years, and he wouldn’t be allowed to quit the task.
He didn’t enjoy the method of getting into a contract enjoy that, and I had to agree with him. I still thought that he should just beginning his own Heating & A/C business and he would very be even more successful. He said he would consider that too. In the meantime, he finally made up his mind that he was going to continue laboring with his Heating & A/C company because they have been enjoy family to him.
