I don’t love staying outside in the hot sunlight for any length of time. I try to let the kids go outside because they care about swimming in our pool & playing on their swing set, but however, I go out for just a couple hours & the sunlight zaps the energy out of me. On Tuesday, it was only 85 degrees outside although I was already covered in sweat & overheating even though I was resting under a tree. I just wanted to go back inside & kneel with the a/c. I could play in the pool & cool off with the kids although I don’t look superb in a swimsuit. The kids seem impervious to the sun’s heat though. It’s not even entirely Summer yet either, when the real heat hits, you can forget about it. I am not going out at all. I am going to kneel in front of our all day long & believe ice chilly air flowing over me. However, I truly want the kids to be able to play & get some of their energy out. I wish I had some way to bring the a/c outside. I know I wouldn’t be able to cool off the whole yard but if I could just have an a/c vent aimed outdoors, I could just kneel in front of that vent & cool off a little bit. Then the kids could play for an hour at least. But then, I wouldn’t want the vent pumping chilly air outside all the time. If I wasn’t outside, I don’t want to be wasting chilly air. I would need some way to close off the vent actually most of the time. I am seriously thinking of calling up an company & see if this is doable.
