About ten years ago I was looking to get into a new business venture. I hated working in a traditional office every day and watching my life slip away hour by hour on someone else’s time. I didn’t enjoy the work that I was doing and I wasn’t excited to wake up every morning. I decided my best option was to leave the career that was dragging me down and just set out on my own endeavor. I knew that I loved animals and I enjoyed working with the public. I wanted to do something that would be fun and meaningful, so everyone benefitted. That’s how I wound up starting my own petting zoo. Now, I didn’t want to start a stagnant miniature farm, so I quickly acquired a trailer that would allow me to haul my petting zoo from place to place. This was an important investment, and I didn’t skimp. One of the critical things that I installed in the travel trailer was a powerful air conditioning system. If you have never worked with animals outdoors, let me tell you how hot and frustrating it can be. Animals have a way of making the hottest summer day even more difficult. That’s why, I wasn’t going anywhere without all of us having amazing indoor air temperature control and energy efficient cooling. I’m no stranger to the dangers of heat stroke on a humid summer day. I also know how ornery goats and sheep can get if they start feeling hot and dehydrated. To save my animals from hurting each other and my zoo from being sued, I insisted that the latest AC technology was installed in my trailer. Now we have ice cool air every time we need a break to cool our bodies and tempers down.
